Pictures from the doc

Here are some photos from my doctor for those interested.
Note:  These are surgical shots and look like they are from a text book vs a crime scene, but I realize these are not for everyone.
My hand - pts 1 and 2

I'm still not out of the woods for this procedure, but at least my elbow and shoulder are free.

  1. All I can say is "Wow!" Your doctor and his staff are miracle-workers! I am continually amazed as I follow your progress. The day will come when all of this is behind you and it will be just a distant memory. Hang in there. :)

  2. Cool! That looks very clean. I did medical illustration in my past life. I love reconstructive surgery. That is fascinating! Especially thinking good thoughts for you. Thanks for sharing.

  4. Hey John!!

I can honestly and naively say that this is the first time that I have EVER been able to look at (for more then a second) anything medically graphic. It took a lot of courage and deep breathing to open the pictures. It was time to get over it! Thank you?

It's amazing what a few deep breaths with eyes closed, and positive thoughts can do for one's mind. (try it?)

    love you.
